I’m contacting you from a new not-for-profit organisation, Made in Croydon, which is committed to making Croydon a centre for arts and culture in South London. We’re getting in touch with Croydon’s community groups in order to engage all sections of the borough and to extend out the opportunities we can provide.
First of all, Made in Croydon is looking for professional artists and/or craftspeople to take part in our upcoming pop up markets in Box Park, dates to be confirmed but there will be one in December and another in January. Secondly, we are currently looking for under 21s who are out of work and education to take on a temporary role as a Public Relations Contractor to intensively promote our pop up market three days before the actual event. If anyone in your respective communities may be eligible and willing to apply for this job please get them to send in their CVs to the above e-mail, no previous experience required.
