Talk to the CCG about Purley’s health

Two years ago, NHS Improvement and NHS England announced a range of measures to address the financial challenges facing the NHS. NHS Croydon Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) was one of the organisations identified as requiring additional support to close its financial deficit.

The CCG is required to make further savings financial year 2016/17.
This requirement to save money will involve making difficult decisions about the health services that the CCG buys on residents’ behalf.

The CCG wants to talk with Purley residents and hear their ideas about how it can make the changes needed. There is a public consultation on Wednesday October 5 to which the public is invited. The Patient and Public Involvement Forum will be held from 6.00 to 8.00 pm at Bernard Weatherill House. Light refreshments will be available.

If you wish to attend: email getinvolved@croydonccg.nhs.uk or call 020 3668 1384.
